1. Offer Participation Rules

2. Payout Amounts

3. Eligibility for Rewards

• Cashback or rewards are credited only after successful verification of task completion by our advertising partners.
• Any incomplete, invalid, or incorrect task will result in disqualification.
• Approval may take up to 72 hours or more depending on the advertiser.

4. Payout Timeline & Method

• Rewards will be transferred to your UPI account once approved.
• Ensure your UPI details are accurate to avoid payout failures.

5. Real Identity & Fair Use

Use genuine personal details only. Fake identities, VPN usage, self-referrals, emulator/device spoofing, or multi-account fraud will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of rewards.

6. One-Time Participation

Each user and device can redeem an offer only once unless stated otherwise.

Repeated participation in the same offer via manipulation is strictly prohibited.

7. Tracking and Support

• You can track offer and referral statuses from your dashboard.
• For any missing cashback, you must raise a support query within the same month of offer completion.

8. Reward Policy

Famcash.in makes every effort to ensure reward accuracy, but cannot guarantee reward issuance in cases where the advertiser denies validation.

In case a cashback is missing, you may raise a support ticket. However, if rejected by the advertiser, our decision will be final.

9. Policy Updates

Offers, reward values, and terms may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Stay updated via our Telegram channel or website.

10. System Abuse

Attempts to game the system through unfair means will result in immediate account suspension and permanent disqualification.

11. Legal Responsibility

Famcash.in acts as an intermediary and is not involved in the transaction or the quality of products/services offered by third-party advertisers.

Famcash.in holds no liability for any loss, dissatisfaction, or dispute arising from your transaction with advertisers.
